Left Behind

Kanon had felt sidelined when he got the Saga armor. No one cared more about him, only his brother's devoted more attention, even if its obligations as a knight were soon made to feel. Kanon had returned from the Island of Rest with training equal to that of his brother, but without a knighthood which he could to remain with Saga: the Sanctuary the riders were only allowed, if their students and servitude, but he did not fall into any of these categories. But the saga was assured, would find an alternative that would allow him to stay. Kanon had noticed, over time, that his brother was something different, than before the investiture, but she had often thought it was just an impression and had not given weight to the thing. Upon arriving in Athens, Saga had gone alone to the Shrine, to report to the High Priest as each new rider, then, mingling with students and servants, Kanon would join him at the House of Gemini. Before long, his brother had started to behave in a way that made Kanon restless: the other was kind and generous while he was becoming increasingly bitter and grumpy. Saga every day, forced to behave as a true knight of Athena, but he did not need to wear that mask and Kanon noticed how was difficult to impose this condition, which is to be torn in two: on one hand & rsquo , ideal for aspiring knight in Saga, on the other ambition, which had always distinguished him. Meanwhile, Kanon was virtually imprisoned in the Third House, always forced to hide Cosmo her to not be discovered, never get away from the temple. Moreover, the Saga neglected more and more, too busy in his role as knight for some time as a mere boy. Little by little, the soul of Kanon had begun to corrupt, consumed by jealousy of the freedom of Saga, tired of being only a shadow of his brother. It was no longer Kanon: only the brother of Saga.
He began to hate the High Priest and the same Athena because the change gave the investiture of Saga, considered them responsible for the split personality of his brother. The appearance exterior was now that of an angel, but this appearance hid in reality a demon, thirsting for power and ambition. Kanon hated the appearance of Saga, a mask and he believed the reason for his change. From there it was easy to become increasingly similar to that demon who saw his brother, who, between the two sides of his soul, believed to be the most authentic. In this dark side, however, there was no sign of the affection that had bound them so tightly so far. One day he decided to bring his brother to kill Athena and Shion, unconsciously a choice between his role as knight and the blood tie that bound them, perhaps a way to eliminate the conflict between the two halves in order to kill the knight and regain his brother. But the plan had turned against him permanently and irreparably undermining their relationship, forcing Saga imprisoning the man to place the rider at Cape Sounion with the best side of him, leaving him prey to remorse soon after would bring to light its dark side, pushing him to do just what his brother had suggested. And so they arrived in this situation. Kanon had no remorse for what had happened: also locked in that cell was still fully convinced of his actions. The only question that sometimes appeared to trouble him was whether he could do something to help his brother, to prevent change so radically. But for this, he had no answers.
